1. LICENSE
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] provides certain software, including updates, for download to enable participation in [MOVEINTERACTIVE] services. Additionally, [MOVEINTERACTIVE] offers other software and related interfaces for use in conjunction with its services. All such software is either the proprietary copyrighted property of [MOVEINTERACTIVE] or is licensed to [MOVEINTERACTIVE] by the respective copyright holders.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the software solely for the purpose of accessing and utilizing [MOVEINTERACTIVE] services in compliance with these Terms of Use. You may create additional copies of the software exclusively for personal use or for backup purposes, provided such use aligns with the terms of this license.
You acknowledge and agree that [MOVEINTERACTIVE] retains ownership of the software, including all associated copyrights and intellectual property rights worldwide. Furthermore, you agree that all rights afforded to the owner under applicable laws remain with [MOVEINTERACTIVE].

2. SERVICE
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] reserves the right to deny the provision of services to any individual or entity at any time and for any legally permissible reason, regardless of whether a violation of these Terms of Use has occurred.
By creating and using an account, you agree to take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You are solely accountable for all actions and activities conducted under your account credentials. In the event of any unauthorized use of your account or a breach of security, you must promptly notify [MOVEINTERACTIVE] by contacting our Customer Support Center through the in-game settings or options menu.

3. Suspension and termination of account and services
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] may restrict, suspend, terminate, or modify access to your account or services without prior notice if you fail to comply with these terms, or if the service is used illegally or inappropriately. As a result of account suspension or termination, you may lose access to your account, associated benefits, and items, and [MOVEINTERACTIVE] will not provide any compensation for such losses.
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] [MOVEINTERACTIVE] may suspend accounts that have been inactive for more than 6 months without a character, or accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 months with a character. In case of transferring an account platform due to special circumstances, all cash will be forfeited. Based on the statute of limitations, if 60 months have elapsed without any usage history from the last date of use of the cash service, the remaining cash will be automatically forfeited.
If you suspend or terminate the Service, your license automatically terminates, and [MOVEINTERACTIVE] has no obligation to provide any refund or compensation.

4. (Prohibited conduct/representations and warranties)
You warrant and agree not to engage in the following actions while using the service:
• Conducting illegal activities or actions that infringe on the rights of others (including copyrights, trademarks, etc.).
• Interfering with or causing harm to other users' use of the service.
• Posting spam, advertisements, or content related to illegal gambling.
• Manipulating or abusing the service to gain unfair advantages.
• Collecting, storing, or using other users' personal information without authorization.
• Engaging in hacking, using bots, or employing unofficial software or tools.
Such actions may result in account suspension, service restrictions, or other appropriate actions.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
 [MOVEINTERACTIVE] and all associated logos and names are trademarks and/or service marks owned by [MOVEINTERACTIVE]. Any other trademarks, service marks, names, or logos displayed within or through the Services are the property of their respective owners. You are not granted any rights or licenses to use any of the aforementioned trademarks, service marks, or logos.
All content provided within the Services is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are permitted to use this content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or other unauthorized use of the content is strictly prohibited.

6. Virtual Items and In-Game Benefits
Our Services may include virtual currency, items, or other in-game benefits. You may purchase or obtain these virtual items, and all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. When you acquire a virtual item, you are purchasing a limited, revocable, personal license to use that item within the scope of the Services; no physical ownership or property rights are transferred to you.
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] reserves the right to modify the usage, functionality, and pricing of virtual items at its sole discretion.

7. Purchases /Payments / Refunds
Unused cash (Crowns) is refundable. You are solely responsible for maintaining control over your password to protect your User Account and any financial transactions associated with it.
By making a purchase, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to purchase the applicable services or virtual items, or, if you are a minor, that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian.
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] is not liable for errors in purchases, issues with promo codes, or similar matters. It is your responsibility to ensure the compatibility of your device and the service prior to making a purchase.

8. User Content
"User Content" refers to any data, text, images, sounds, or other materials that you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for all User Content you provide while using the Service.
By submitting User Content to [MOVEINTERACTIVE], you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to modify, distribute, publicly display, broadcast, perform, or otherwise utilize the Content for any commercial purpose.
You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights or other legal rights of any third party. You also warrant that the Content you submit is accurate, does not violate any confidentiality agreements, and complies with all applicable laws.
Your personal information related to User Content will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Purpose of the Operation Policy
The purpose of this Operation Policy is to establish the conditions and guidelines that members must adhere to for the provision of services, the protection of member rights, and ensuring a smooth and fair gaming experience in Digimon RPG(hereinafter referred to as the "game") provided by [MOVEINTERACTIVE] Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "company").
Any matters not explicitly covered in this Operation Policy will be addressed based on the Terms of Use, applicable laws, and generally accepted principles of fairness and common sense shared between the members and the company. When necessary, evaluations or judgments may be made in accordance with similar standards.
Members are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review this Operation Policy, as it contains important information and points of caution for the proper use of the service.

9-1 Terms of Game Use
(Customer Rights)
[1] Customers are permitted to access the game and its content as provided on the official game homepage. However, all game content, including in-game characters and items, remains the property of the company.
[2] If customers encounter difficulties while using the game, they may seek assistance and guidance on resolving such issues through the customer center.
[3] If a customer experiences any damage or inconvenience caused by the actions of a Game Master (GM), they may submit a request for resolution or improvement via the customer center.
[4] To file an objection regarding restrictions on game use, customers must contact the customer service center. Please note that objections cannot be filed once the data retention period related to the basis of the restriction has expired.

(Customer Obligations)
[1] Players must not harm other players or disrupt order within the game environment. Additionally, players are required to cooperate with requests from Game Masters (GMs). Violations of these regulations or engaging in behavior inconsistent with social norms may result in restrictions on the use of the service.
[2] Players must provide accurate personal information when registering as a member. The company will not be responsible for damages resulting from false information or the misuse of another person’s personal information. Furthermore, GMs may not assist with account issues arising from the player's own negligence.
[3] Players must take care to safeguard their account and personal information, such as their ID and password. The company is not liable for any damages caused by intentional or negligent disclosure of such information.
[4] In the event of a bug, players must report it to the GM via the customer center. If a bug is exploited or disseminated, the use of the game may be restricted.

9-2 GM’s role and activities
[1] GMs comply with the personal information processing policy and applicable laws. They do not request players' personal information.
[2] GMs do not provide benefits to specific players or offer updates or event information beyond publicly available game-related announcements.
[3] GMs do not intervene in the normal activities of players or private disputes between players. However, they may issue warnings or impose restrictions in cases involving the use of unauthorized programs or actions that negatively impact the game environment.
[4] GMs provide security services to safeguard player IDs and take necessary measures to protect IDs and game data in the event of theft or hacking attempts.
[5] GMs actively identify and resolve bugs within the game, including those not reported through customer service channels.
[6] If errors occur in in-game content, players will be notified through the game website or other official channels. In some cases, content may be deleted or its functionality suspended.
[7] GMs are committed to operating the game efficiently, ensuring a smooth experience for players, and taking appropriate action in response to any disruptions in gameplay.

9-3 Game Master (GM) Authority and Enforcement
(Precautions when using games and communities)
[1] Swift Action Against Disruptions:
GMs can respond promptly and take appropriate action against any behavior that interferes with the smooth operation of the game or harms the game environment. This may include restricting service use and providing follow-up information.
[2] Proportional Restrictions:
The level of restrictions applied will depend on the type and severity of the violation. In certain cases, a more lenient approach may be applied.
[3] Related Conduct:
Even if a specific rule is not directly violated, similar restrictions may be imposed if related misconduct is confirmed.
[4] System-Based Violations:
If operating policies are repeatedly violated using the same system information (e.g., IP address, PC), all accounts accessed from that system may face restrictions.
[5] Abnormal Game Use:
Repeated instances of abnormal game use may result in temporary restrictions on the system information associated with such behavior.
[6] Unfair Advantage and Item Recovery:
If an unfair advantage is gained, any associated goods or items may be retrieved. However, some items may not be recoverable.
[7] Legal Action:
Actions that severely disrupt the gaming environment may result in legal action.
[8] Account Rejoining After Policy Violations:
If an account is withdrawn and later rejoined after violating the policy, usage restrictions may continue for the duration of the original sanction period.
[9] Unauthorized Programs and Suspicious Transactions:
If unnormal transactions or the use of unauthorized programs are suspected, restrictions on game use and transactions may be imposed.
[10] Repeated Inquiries:
If game operations are disrupted due to repeated submission of identical inquiries, consultation services may be limited.
[11] Game playing Restrictions:
Restrictions may be applied if a player disrupts the game’s order, interfering with other players’ ability to enjoy the game.

10. Third-Party Advertisements and Links
Our Services may include advertisements from third parties or provide links to third-party websites or vendors. These third parties may offer promotional opportunities or optional components of the Services and/or related benefits. Any charges, obligations, or agreements that you enter into with these third parties are solely your responsibility.
We make no representation or warranty regarding the content, goods, or services provided by any third party and disclaim all liability for any claims arising from third-party content, goods, or services.
Please note that linked sites are not under our control. These third-party websites may collect data or solicit personal information. We are not responsible for their content, business practices, privacy policies, or the collection, use, or disclosure of any information they may gather.

11. Copyright and Trademark Infringement Claims
In the event that you believe content posted on the Service (including User Content) infringes upon your copyright or trademark, you are required to submit a formal notification containing the following information. Upon receipt of your notification, we will review and take appropriate action:

Specifically, no warranties or guarantees are made that:
• The software will meet the requirements or expectations of the user.
• The software will operate without interruption, securely, or without errors.
• The quality of any products, services, or content accessed through the software will meet the user's expectations.
• The software, servers, or any related components are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful elements.
By utilizing the software, the user acknowledges and accepts these risks.

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [MOVEINTERACTIVE] shall not be held liable for any losses or damages incurred by the user in the following circumstances:
• Delays, denial, or removal of content for any reason.
• Modifications to the software or temporary or permanent interruptions in service.
• Immediate termination of access to the software.
• Inaccuracies, lack of usefulness, or unavailability of information posted through the software.
• Unrecorded or deleted User Content.

[MOVEINTERACTIVE] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, statutory, exemplary, consequential, special, or anticipated damages incurred by the user.
Furthermore, the liability of [MOVEINTERACTIVE] shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user to [MOVEINTERACTIVE] during the six months immediately preceding the filing of a claim. If no payment has been made during this period, the user acknowledges and agrees that their sole remedy against [MOVEINTERACTIVE] is to discontinue the use of the services and terminate their account.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
In the event of a dispute between the user and [MOVEINTERACTIVE], users are encouraged to contact us directly to seek a prompt resolution.
These Terms of Service, as well as any disputes arising from or related to them, shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any claims or disputes against [MOVEINTERACTIVE] shall be resolved exclusively in a court located in Seoul, Republic of Korea. By using the Services, the user agrees to this jurisdiction and venue.

15. Force Majeure
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:
• Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes).
• Acts of war, terrorism, or riots.
• Embargoes or actions by civil or military authorities.
• Changes in applicable laws or regulations.
• Fires, floods, or other extreme weather events.
• Failures in network infrastructure or cyberattacks.
• Strikes, labor disputes, or shortages in transportation, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.
In the event of such occurrences, [MOVEINTERACTIVE] will endeavor to minimize disruptions but cannot guarantee the fulfillment of its obligations during such times

16. ETC
Entire Agreement and Termination
1. Entire Agreement:
These Terms represent the complete agreement between the user and [MOVEINTERACTIVE], governing the use of the Service. These Terms supersede and replace any prior agreements or understandings between the user and [MOVEINTERACTIVE] regarding the Service.
2. Assignability:

Such actions may be taken in response to violations of these Terms or any activities deemed harmful to the Services, other users, or the overall integrity of the platform.

18. Communication and Notices
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] may send notices or other communications related to the Services to the email address or other contact method provided by the user. By using the Services, the user agrees to receive such communications, which may include notices, promotional materials, account updates, and service alerts, through the provided contact methods.

19. Modification of Terms
[MOVEINTERACTIVE] reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Service and will take effect immediately upon posting. By continuing to use the Services after such changes have been made, users acknowledge and agree to the updated Terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review the Terms periodically for updates.
