Hello Tamers! This is Digital Administration.

After the update on 13th August, we identified an issue where Monzaemon’s daily and premium rewards could not be claimed.

This issue has been fixed, and rewards can be claimed normally starting from the 14th.

For Tamers who successfully received Monzaemon’s rewards on the 12th but were unable to claim them on the 13th, the following compensation will be provided:

- Daily Reward: 2 × 3rd Anniversary Buff Ticket, EXP Scroll (Normal) ×1

- Premium Reward: Complete EXP Scroll (Normal) ×1, 10 × 3rd Anniversary Buff Ticket

※ Tamers who did not claim the reward on the 12th were able to claim it normally on the 13th.
※ Please note that all compensation tickets will be removed on 28th August, so make sure to use them before that date.

Additionally, we have confirmed that the in-game server time is currently displayed one hour behind. This will be fixed by today.
