We checked our server issue, and the environment of the server is working fine.

However, because of the damage detected in the database and the duplication bugs, 

we decided to initialize the server back to zero.

All the accounts will be remained, however, all the data of the character would be erased.

We are so sorry we could not recover the item you achieved on 22th July.

However, the user who purchased the cash item, would be refunded to ‘crown’ cash.

We know the 22th server was full laggy, most people couldn’t get attendance rewards. 

We would offer compensation for all the users who registered.
