Hello Tamers! This is Digital Administration.
 

After the October 10th update, an issue occurred where Monzaemon’s Daily and Premium Rewards could not be claimed.
 

The cause of this issue was that the Monzaemon reward reset time overlapped with the maintenance period, resulting in the reward reset being skipped.
 

This issue has now been automatically resolved, and rewards can be claimed as normal.

 

As compensation:

- Compensation has been distributed to all Tamers who logged in on the affected date. Please check your Cash Depository.

 

- Tamers who owned a Premium Ticket have been given 10 Crowns as a replacement for the missed Premium Reward.
